About Chad

After a successful 25-year career in IT, Chad is now channeling his passion for creative problem-solving into his dream career in real estate. His background in building his own consultancy has honed his skills in identifying and addressing challenges through active listening and insightful feedback. It’s this meticulous attention to detail and commitment to his clients’ success that sets Chad apart as a real estate professional.

Chad firmly believes that there’s no such thing as too much information or silly questions. He is always available for a chat, whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or navigating the real estate market as a seasoned homeowner. With a keen ability to negotiate and navigate the buying or selling process, Chad guides you to make informed decisions.

To Chad, finding the perfect home is about more than just a place to live—it’s about discovering a lifestyle, achieving a dream, and creating a legacy. He is passionate about helping people find their ideal home and is excited to meet you and assist you on this journey.

A proud Austin native, Chad now calls Dallas home with his wonderful wife, Marcy, and their beloved cats: Stella, Sophie, Freckles, and Ruby. As empty nesters with two adult children and a spoiled grandson, they enjoy traveling, gardening, and spending time with family. While Marcy cheers for the Minnesota Vikings, Chad remains a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan. He’s also an avid soccer and Formula One enthusiast, supporting Arsenal F.C. and Fernando Alonso. Chad loves exploring the DFW area’s diverse food scene, vibrant culture, and hidden gems, and he’s always eager to share recommendations with others.

After transitioning from the IT industry, Chad is thrilled to follow his passion for real estate and is eager to help you find your next home. Contact Chad today—he can’t wait to assist you in your real estate journey!
