Profile

Dream. Live Your Dream. Dream Bigger!

Over the past 14 years, as a real estate professional, I have been able to help hundreds of individuals and families fulfill their dream of home ownership and live their dream lifestyle. It is a rewarding experience and an experience that has allowed my family to live the life of our dreams.

In 2002, as I searched for a path to step away from a successful, but less gratifying, law career, I saw an opportunity to offer an unique value proposition to those buying and selling real estate and this opportunity drove me to start my own Brokerage, Resident Realty Austin.

My objective is to offer unique and extensive marketing plans and alternative professional fee programs that best suit the individual needs of each client. The goal is to give you extraordinary service that will result in exceptional results.

Through real estate, I have been able to live my dream and now, I want to help you live yours.

Testimonials

  • "Todd has been the absolute best to deal. He is a realtor and a lawyer with many years of experience. Although my spouse wasn't a first time homebuyer, I was a first time homebuyer in a crazy market searching for a house in a popular neighborhood in Austin. Todd was very honest and helpful throughout the process. He was never pushy and we never felt ignored. He was prompt to all of our appointments and easy to communicate with via email, text, phone call. He was very accessible and an asset to helping us negotiate with the sellers after the home inspection. He made the whole process as seamless as possible and we hope to work w/him again in the future. Thanks Todd!!!"

  • “Todd is an outstanding strategic partner to have in complex  multi-faceted business deals. Most recently I challenged Todd to help me complete a real estate transaction that had multiple parties with  varying agendas. Todd was able to apply his real estate expertise, legal understanding, and personal ability to manage the parties through the  maze of motives to a very successful outcome for all involved. He is an  exceptional individual in capturing the details and managing the process to completion.”
    J Tassone
  • “I feel very fortunate to have found Todd and obtained his services  to sell our property. During this uncertain financial times, especially  in this down time of the real estate market, Todd used creativity and  continuous pursuit of buyers with consistency and perseverance.  I am not sure we would have been able to succeed without him. I  recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying real estate without pause or hesitation.  I know he will remain as my agent, when and where I need those services again."
